Holy mass in one of the Monastery churches.
Visit to the Museum of Historical Treasures of Ukraine.
3 Day:
Visit to St. Alexander Catholic Church & meeting with the members
of the Church.
Visit to village of Zazymie near Kyiv.
Attendance at the religious service in a village church with the local
parson who will tell the history of the Christian community of the village.
Country dinner with folk show.
4 Day:
Whole day trip to Chernihiv (150 km), one of the oldest cities in Ukraine.
The city tour includes:
Transfiguration Cathedral (11th c.), Borys and Hlib's Cathedral (12th
c.) with tombs of Svyatoslavych Princes and church hierarchy members.
Chernihiv Collegium (18th c.), the first of its kind college in this
area with a collection of icons of 17th-19th centuries.
Yeletsky Nunnery and Uspensky (Assumption) Cathedral, talk with the
Mother Superior of the Nunnery.
Troyitskyi (Holy Trinity) Cathedral with the relics of Feodosyi Uhlichskyi
and Venerable Lavrentyi, Precentor and Psalm-Singers School in Troyitskyi
Monastery.
The Church of Elijah the Prophet (12th c.) and Antonyi Caves with underground
churches dating from 12th-18th centuries.
5 Day:
Attendance at a religious service in St.Volodymyr Cathedral.
Departure to airport for homebound flight.

1 Day:
Arrival in Uzhhorod. Check in the hotel.
Stroll around the downtown. Dinner.
City tour visiting the ensemble of the Greek-Catholic Cathedral (XVII
c.), a burial vault of the bishop Romzha. Medieval castle. Memorial
room of the Greek-Catholic seminary rector.
Visit of the Theodore Romzha Theological Academy.
2 Day:
Morning transfer to Mukachevo (42 km).
Short city tour of Mukachevo visiting the Greek-Catholic Cathedral.
Drive to village of Ivanivtsi. Acquaintance with the T. Romzha Memorial
monument.

Transcarpathian monasteries have always been abodes of spiritual life. They have made the contribution in proliferating of literacy in the
land. In their scriptoriums the chroniclers compiled the historic annals.
The theological and lay books were put out here. Renowned figures of"
church, scholars and writers pursuing their activities in the monasteries
bequeathed invaluable heritage to our people.
1 Day:
Arrival in Uzhhorod. Check in.

2 Day:
Drive from Uzhhorod to Mukachevo (42 km) visiting en route (St. Assumption
monastery) in village of Rakoshino.
Transfer from Mukachevo to Irshava ( 66 km) .
Visit of the St. Serafimsky monastery in the village of Priborzhava.
Khust (distance from Irshava-12 km).
Visit of the monasteries of Khust district: Horodylivsky, Zabrodsky
and Lypchansky ( in the village of Lypcha).
3 Day:
Morning drive to Tyachiv disrict ( distance from Uzhhorod to town of
Tyachiv -149 km).
Visit of the St. Assumption Monastery in the village of Uhlya and the
St. Resurrection Monastery in the village of Chumalyovo.

Stroll around the downtown. Visit of the Roman-Catholic Cathedral XVII
c., the edifice of the Philharmonic, former synagogue.
2 Day:
Trip to Mukachevo (42 km). Architectural ensemble of the St.Nicholas
Monastery (Church and monastery cells).
Lunch in Mukachevo.
Visit to the Mukachevo castle (Palanok castle,14th-17th cent.).
Return to Uzhhorod.

3 Day:
Visit to the Goryany Rotunda (12th cent.), the oldest church in the
city.
Visit to the Russian Orthodox church of Intercession. Architectural
ensemble of XVIII c.- Art Gallery and Reformed Church Chapels of the
religious procession on the Calvary Mount.
Christian tour to LVOV
1 Day:
Arrival to Lviv, accommodation in the hotel GRAND ****
Dinner at the hotel.
2 Day:
After breakfast (9-12 A.M.) city tour (main historic highlights - High
castle, Market square, Gunpowder Tower, Liberty avenue, monument to
Schevchenko, Armenian Cathedral, and others).Visit to the main sacred
place of Ukrainian Greek- Catholics - St.George Cathedral.
12-02 P.M. - visit to the former Franciscan monastery, now the praying
house of the Adventists. You'll meet the members of the parish, discuss
the problems of the community, its charity and guardianship activity,
listen to the choir.
03-06 P.M. - visit to the Assumption Cathedral, one of the most beautiful
church ensembles in Lviv (16-18 cc). To-day it belongs to Ukrainian
Autocephalous Orthodox Church. You'll meet with the members of St.Andrew
Staurophighian brotherhood XV c, in XVI-XVII it was the leading one
in Western Ukraine, it had its own school, printing shop, hospital,
in 1708 it joined Unia; acquaintance with the exhibits of the museum
of Staurophighia (direct subordination of a church or a monastery to
Patriarch). Attendance at the service.
Dinner at local restaurant.
3 Day:
After breakfast - service at the Roman-Catholic Cathedral of St. Mary.
(9-11.30 A.M.)
11-01.30 - visit to the Museum of the History of Religion located in
the premises of the former Dominican Monastery. It possesses more than
50 thousand exhibits, among them: silver Byzantine Reliquary (11th c),
collection of the Ukrainian icons, ancient Bibles, rich Judaic collection
and rare samples of religious sculpture.
In the afternoon (03-06 P.M.) drive to Krekhiv (47 km) to visit the
Basillian Monastery. Tourists will see this renovated complex (17-18
cc), the original cave of its founders, meet the students of the Theological
Seminary.
Dinner at the monastery.
4 Day:
After breakfast homebound departure.
